Kamp-Lintfort, Protestant Church

The striking church, built in the brick style of the 1920s, underwent extensive renovation by the architectural firm PWA from Duisburg for its 100th anniversary. A new spatial concept allows for multifunctional use with flexible seating. An attached chapel, formerly the baptistery, is to be used as a group room. It is considered the most beautiful room in the church because its Gothic round vault and blue, red, and yellow windows create a cozy atmosphere.

In collaboration with the architectural firm, we developed a new lighting concept featuring pendant lights in the main church area and indirect lighting in all galleries and the altar area. The chapel ceiling is effectively illuminated by wall spotlights. A lighting control system allows for individual lighting for every type of use. Now, in addition to church services, concerts, lectures, or celebrations can also take place here.
