We understand sustainability as an integral part of our work. For us, it means creating values that last for decades. That is why we develop and manufacture durable, repairable, and energy-efficient lighting solutions that are designed for lasting value preservation rather than short-term replacement.

Especially in the public and cultural sector, we support the renovation and modernization of existing lighting systems. These are often listed luminaires whose external appearance is to be preserved. By carefully modernizing the interior and converting to contemporary LED technology, we maintain the design character and at the same time lead the luminaire into a sustainable future.

A special example of this are luminaires that we ourselves developed and manufactured more than 20 years ago and that are now being restored and converted to LED technology by us. This form of further development saves resources, avoids unnecessary material use, and extends the lifespan of the luminaires for many more years.

Converting from halogen to LED generally reduces electricity consumption by 80 to 90 percent and extends the lifespan of the light source from approximately 1,000–2,000 to up to 25,000–50,000 operating hours. For us, sustainability therefore does not mean renunciation, but responsible further development and the preservation of existing values.
